This conversations kit may only be used by facilitators who have completed our Talent Conversations Workshop Facilitator Course. Each participant kit includes a single-use user license, and purchase is required for each participant every time the content is delivered.

About the Talent Conversations Workshop   

This workshop has an applied focus: helping participants better prepare for and facilitate conversations with talent that will positively impact their development.

Participants are introduced to 4 different types of talent and 2 models [Assessment – Challenge – Support (ACS) and Attention – Belief – Connection (ABC)] to assist them in preparing for and delivering talent conversations. The module concludes with a practice session for an actual real-life talent conversation.  

Participant Kit Options

  • You can use our physical or digital kits for both live online and in-person workshop delivery.
    • Physical kits are printed and shipped to you. Shipping fees apply.
    • Digital kits are accessed online; no shipping is required. 
  • Each participant kit contains: 
    • Participant workbook and supporting materials

How Digital Participant Kits Work

  • Digital workshop participant kits can be used for live online or in-person delivery.
  • The digital kits are licensed through CCL's Leadership Accelerator platform and are managed and assigned through an administrator account. 
  • Within one business day of purchase, you'll receive an email notification from Center for Creative Leadership to confirm that the kits have been added to your administrator account and are ready to use. (Depending on personal/organizational filters, it may be directed to a junk mailbox folder.)
  • If you are a new user to CCL’s Leadership Accelerator, you'll receive an email invitation to the platform, with instructions for getting started, from the same email address.
