This 15-minute activity makes an excellent introduction to any training initiative with a focus on creativity and innovation or add-on to a workshop to enhance participant creative thinking or creative problem-solving skills.
The activity works well with individuals or in small groups with up to 16 people. Participants explore thinking skills to position them to recognize and break ineffective patterns and establish more effective ones.
