This course prepares facilitators to deliver our Emotional Intelligence workshop, which also requires purchasing an Emotional Intelligence Workshop Participant Kit for each participant. Each participant kit includes a single-use user license, and purchase is required for each participant every time the content is delivered. 

About the Emotional Intelligence Workshop     

The ability to connect emotionally with others is essential for leadership effectiveness. This workshop introduces 4 core elements of emotional intelligence as well as tools to help reframe emotional reactions to a given situation.
