This course prepares facilitators to deliver our Creating Accountability workshop, which also requires purchasing a Creating Accountability Workshop Participant Kit for each participant. Each participant kit includes a single-use user license, and purchase is required for each participant every time the content is delivered.
About the Creating Accountability Workshop
Accountability is key for an organization’s success, and it’s especially challenging in today’s volatile and ambiguous work environment. This accountability workshop teaches strategies that help leaders strengthen their own accountability and build a culture that encourages others to do the same.
Participants will learn the factors that allow people to choose to take ownership of their work and be accountable, as well as the external resources that support accountability across the organization.
