Collective efficacy in schools refers to the shared belief among teachers and staff that they have the ability to positively impact student learning and achievement. Focusing on collective efficacy in educational settings has been shown to be a strong predictor of student achievement, and it can foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in schools.

This 16-hour, self-paced, online leadership course gives teachers and staff tools and resources to support them in building collective efficacy in their schools. At the end of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for 16 hours of professional development.
