This product will equip a consultant or in-house trainer or facilitator to help others develop and build key skills in creativity, problem solving, and innovation to be applied to real business issues.
The physical materials and activities will engage learners in 4 highly active and enjoyable 2-hour experiential learning-based modules that can be delivered independently or consecutively — at no additional cost. When delivered consecutively, the full-day (7 hour) workshop offers all the practical resources, full facilitation notes, a slide presentation, and reprintable materials and participant workbooks required for a group for up to 16 leaders.
