This course prepares facilitators to deliver our Feedback That Works workshop, which also requires purchasing a Feedback That Works Workshop Participant Kit for each participant. Each participant kit includes a single-use user license, and purchase is required for each participant every time the content is delivered.
About the Feedback That Works Workshop
This feedback workshop teaches the skill of giving feedback using our Situation – Behavior – Impact (SBI)™ model.
During the feedback workshop, participants learn about effective and ineffective feedback practices, assess their own feedback behaviors, and receive opportunities to practice delivering and receiving feedback in a small group setting. The workshop concludes with a review of best practices for both giving and receiving feedback that works, and a focus on applying what has been learned back at work.
