Leading for Organizational Impact: The Looking Glass Experience is an executive leadership training that provides insight into leading within an organization through a comprehensive, global, day-in-the-life business simulation.
Delivered by highly qualified faculty and coaches, the program enhances the ability to lead a function or division while balancing short-term and long-term strategic perspectives.
This leadership development experience allows participants to receive an honest assessment of their leadership skills and encourages them in how to grow.
Phase 1: Begin the Learning
Preparing for the Intensive (2.5 Months)
Prior to participating in this program, participants will need to complete required coursework. It is required that participants complete their assessments and other pre-program work to ensure learning is personalized and they get the maximum benefit from their CCL experience.
