This course prepares facilitators to deliver our Direction – Alignment – Commitment workshop, which also requires purchasing a Direction – Alignment – Commitment Workshop Participant Kit for each participant. Each participant kit includes a single-use user license, and purchase is required for each participant every time the content is delivered.
About the Direction – Alignment – Commitment Workshop
In the Direction – Alignment – Commitment (DAC)™ framework, leadership is seen as a social process that produces the outcomes of direction, alignment, and commitment. Anyone, at any level, can work with others to produce these leadership outcomes.
The DAC workshop introduces the framework and guides participants to apply the concepts to a real-life group they are a part of that could improve its performance. Participants complete an assessment of DAC outcomes for their selected group and develop an action plan to establish their next steps in the workplace.
