Wearing blindfolds to ensure total dependence upon the quality of their verbal communication, a group works together to gather information that will allow them to solve a puzzle. The size of the group can be anywhere between 4 and 28 members with the exercise duration up to 40 minutes with breaks built in for review, coaching, and discussion. The type of skill-building opportunities include information and group management, effective listening and questioning, group leadership, and efficiencies in clarifying and summarizing.
Those working in remote roles as well as staff responsible for managing customer sales, support, and helpline centers will learn to develop and improve communication and problem solving skills.
