The Facilitator's Package provides instructions to administer, score, and analyze the Campbell Leadership Descriptor Survey. The survey is designed to help individuals identify characteristics for successful leadership and to recognize their strengths and identify areas for improvement. Facilitators can best prepare for and conduct a leadership workshop for a group of any size, using the detailed information found in the Facilitator's Guide and Participant Workbook & Survey.
Each package includes a Facilitator's Guide, with access to an online PowerPoint presentation, and a Participant Workbook & Survey.
Each participant will need the Campbell Leadership Participant Workbook & Survey.
