Shipping Information

Orders are shipped ground Monday through Friday, with the exception of U.S. holidays.

Ground and expedited orders received by 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (with the exception of U.S. holidays) are shipped the same day. All orders received after 1:00 PM EST are shipped the next business day.

United States Post Office (USPS) orders are shipped the next business day.

Important Notes:

  • United States Post Service (USPS) and FedEx SmartPost allow for PO Box shipments.
  • UPS and all FedEx options other than SmartPost require a street address.
  • Some shipments outside the U.S. may require additional duties or taxes or fees to be paid by the recipient, according to local government rules or regulations.

Returns

All returns require authorization. You must first follow these steps:

  1. Contact Client Services at +1 336 545 2810 or online and request a return authorization code.
  2. Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery and are subject to a 20% inspection, handling, and restocking fee prior to reimbursement.
  3. Include the original CCL packing slip in the package.
  4. Write the authorization code on the outside front of the box.
  5. Please ship your return to:
