About the Boundary Spanning Leadership Workshop
This workshop is based on extensive research that indicates that effective leaders have the ability to collaborate across 5 boundaries: horizontal, vertical, geographical, demographic, and stakeholder. This workshop introduces 3 strategies and 6 practices for working across these boundaries.
When leaders effectively work across boundaries, their organizations are able to better solve complex problems, increase innovation, build partnerships, and empower employees. This workshop can be part of an organization-wide initiative to improve collaboration across boundaries or targeted to specific groups in the organization that need to work more closely together.
