Note: This is not a stand-alone item. Facilitation of CCL workshops requires the purchase of a participant kit for each individual participant. Participant kits are for those who have ordered the Feedback That Works workshop facilitator kit and require additional participant kits. Each participant kit includes a single-use user license, and purchase is required for each participant every time the content is delivered.

Feedback That Works teaches our simple, powerful, and effective feedback model that enables your employees to give and receive focused, productive feedback. And we know when employees improve their ability to be this specific and direct, the person receiving that feedback will be more motivated to take actions that improve performance.
Participants will learn how to:
Understand the need for providing feedback in the workplace
Provide effective feedback using Situation-Behavior-Impact (SBI) language
Practice delivering and receiving feedback using CCL’s feedback model
Review common mistakes in delivering feedback
Create a plan of action for more effectively delivering feedback to others

How Live Online Kits Work:
Live online kits are licensed through CCL's Leadership Accelerator platform and are managed and assigned through an administrator account.
Within one business day of purchase, you'll receive an email notification from email@example.com to confirm that the kits have been added to your administrator account and are ready to use.
If you are a new user to CCL’s Leadership Accelerator, you'll receive an email invitation to the platform, and instructions for getting started, from the same email address.
