Feedback reports are sent to a CCL-certified facilitator, who debriefs the results with the leader in a confidential session. Includes CCL Compass™ — a cutting-edge digital tool that gathers all assessment data, interprets it, and recommends what to do next.
Pricing is based on the level of customization and related services. Assessment setup fees begin at $2,000, and participant fees are $380 with quantity discounts available. To ensure data privacy, CCL will release feedback data to certified or qualified facilitators only, and these facilitators are not included in the assessment price.
